GTM Coordinator

Denver or Remote

Own the day-to-day GTM execution that keeps the pipeline moving

The role

Gensync is an AI services company in Denver building and implementing practical workflow systems for client.

We’re looking for a GTM Coordinator on a part-time contract basis: someone organized, reliable, and self-directed who can own the recurring execution layer behind our go-to-market motion. This includes contact research, email verification, target list updates, tracker hygiene, batch prep, follow-up reminders, scheduling, and first-pass reporting so senior GTM time stays focused on strategy, buyer signal, messaging, and pilot development.

You’ll report to our GTM Lead and work as the layer underneath the strategy: turning direction into consistent, well-run execution. You’ll also work directly with the founder, who leads the calls with prospects. Your work will help keep the outreach motion organized by maintaining prospect research, scheduling, tracker updates, meeting prep notes, and first-pass reporting. The goal is a more resilient, layered GTM team where the recurring execution work is documented, dependable, and transferable, not living in one person’s head.

This is a hands-on coordination role. The value here is reliability and follow-through on the work that actually moves prospects through the cycle.

What this role isn’t

It’s not a strategy role. The GTM strategy, positioning, and high-level direction stay with our GTM Lead. You’re not expected to set the direction. You’re expected to execute it well and surface what you’re seeing.

It’s not a content-creator or influencer role. There’s a LinkedIn component, but for now the bar is consistent, active engagement and posting under a defined voice — not running a production content operation.

It’s not a closing or quota role. You’re not carrying a sales number. You source, research, coordinate outreach, track the cycle, and book the meetings. You set the table, you don’t close the deal.

It’s not a role you’ll be hand-held through. You’ll be onboarded onto our systems and our approach, but once you’ve got the cadence, you’re expected to run it reliably without daily oversight. If you need someone checking your work at every step, this isn’t the fit.

It’s not a pilot strategy role. You are not responsible for shaping pilot offers, interpreting market signal, defining the buyer, or deciding what Gensync should build. You will help capture and organize the information that supports those decisions.

It’s not a targeting strategy role. You may surface patterns you notice, but the GTM Lead owns target selection, ICP refinement, lane mapping, message strategy, and pilot positioning.

What you’ll actually do

This is the executional core of our GTM motion. You’ll own the recurring work that keeps the pipeline moving:

Market list maintenance. Keep the target list current by researching firms, contacts, titles, emails, locations, service lines, and fit signals based on criteria provided by the GTM Lead.

Lead sourcing. Find potential leads and maintain the target list against the segments and criteria provided by the GTM Lead.

Prospect research. Research the specific firms and individuals we’re reaching out to so every touch is informed rather than generic. This includes first-pass notes on firm size, services, contact role, likely lane, and relevant workflow signal.

Tracker hygiene. Keep the target list, outreach tracker, batch status, follow-up dates, response status, and next steps current so anyone on the team can quickly see where each prospect stands.

Batch prep. Prepare outreach batches using the approved messaging playbook, lane mapping, contact information, and follow-up timing.

Outreach communications management. Help manage the back-and-forth with outreach targets and keep correspondence moving. You will work from approved templates and playbooks. You may draft light personalization and follow-ups, but the GTM Lead or founder reviews anything strategic, unusual, or buyer-facing beyond the approved sequence. Over time this may include delegated inbox access to handle replies directly, with clear guardrails agreed up front.

Pipeline & cycle tracking. Maintain a clear structure for where each prospect sits in the communication cycle: batch sent, no response, out of office, follow-up due, replied, interested, wrong person, hold, or next step needed.

LinkedIn engagement & content. Help maintain a light LinkedIn cadence by identifying relevant posts, drafting first-pass comments, preparing post drafts from approved themes, and tracking engagement opportunities. Final voice, positioning, and publishing direction stay with the founder and GTM Lead. The bar is consistent, useful presence, not running a full content engine.

Calendar management. Booking call times with prospects and managing scheduling responses as they come in.

First-pass meeting prep & reporting. Pull together prospect background, prior outreach history, response notes, likely lane, and open questions before calls. Produce clear status reports on where the pipeline stands. The GTM Lead owns call strategy, buyer interpretation, and pilot-shaping recommendation.

How the engagement ramps

This is designed to ramp quickly. You’ll start working closely with our GTM Lead, who’ll onboard you onto the systems, the voice, and the current outreach motion. The goal is for you to take the recurring executional work off her plate and run it dependably.

First ~2 weeks: Onboarded onto our tooling, our segments, our voice, and the current outreach in flight. Working alongside the GTM Lead and the founder and shadowing the cadence.

By ~30 days: Owning the recurring executional work yourself: target list updates, contact research, email verification, tracker hygiene, batch prep, follow-up reminders, scheduling, and first-pass reporting, running on a steady rhythm with light oversight.

Ongoing: Running the GTM execution cadence reliably and independently, surfacing patterns you’re seeing in the market, and freeing senior time to concentrate on strategy, buyer signal, messaging, and pilot development.

Engagement details

Independent contractor (1099) engagement.

Rate: $40-50 / hour.

Commitment: Part-time, up to 10-20 hours per week.

Reports to: Our GTM Lead.

Denver preferred, local preferred, but we’re open to remote for the right person.

Mountain Time overlap preferred.

We care about outcomes, a well-run pipeline and reliable follow-through, over hours logged.

Engagement is reviewed on a rolling basis.

What you need to have

Strong organization and follow-through. You keep a lot of small moving pieces straight and nothing falls through the cracks. This is the core of the role.

Clear written communication. You can write outreach and follow-up correspondence that reads as professional, human, and on-voice. You can write clearly from templates and approved messaging. You know when to stay inside the playbook and when something needs review from the GTM Lead or founder.

Comfort with research. You can dig into a market, a segment, a company, or an individual and come back with something useful, not just a list of links. You can distinguish between finding information and making a strategic recommendation. You are comfortable surfacing what you find without overstepping the role.

Self-direction and reliability. You take a defined cadence and run it without needing daily prompting. You figure things out and you do what you said you’d do.

Discretion and trustworthiness. Parts of this role touch sensitive correspondence and, over time, possibly delegated inbox access. We need someone we can extend that trust to.

Comfort with everyday GTM tooling. LinkedIn, calendars, a CRM or pipeline tracker, and a willingness to learn whatever the workflow depends on.

Nice to have

Familiarity with B2B outreach, sales development, or coordination work (SDR/BDR-adjacent experience is a plus).

Working knowledge of accounting, tax, bookkeeping, or professional-services firms or the ability to pick up that language quickly.

Hands-on experience with a CRM or outreach platform (HubSpot or similar).

Experience maintaining outreach trackers, CRM notes, or prospect status systems where follow-up timing and accuracy matter.

Comfort working from a messaging playbook and keeping outreach consistent across batches.

Comfort with modern AI tooling to make research and outreach work faster. We use it every day and value people who do too.

A sense for LinkedIn as a channel: what reads as genuine engagement versus noise.

Work setup

If remote, you’ll need a reliable setup and Mountain Time overlap. Confirm both in your application.

Why Gensync

You’ll sit close to the strategy and see how a real go-to-market motion gets built not just executing tasks, but understanding why they matter.

Small team, high trust, real ownership of the work you run. You’ll own a cadence, not a checklist someone audits.

We’re building an AI services and platform company from a strong base, and this role is part of building a more resilient, layered GTM team with documented, transferable processes. The coordinator helps run the repeatable execution layer while strategy remains with the GTM Lead and founder.

Founder-led and decisive. Reliability and good judgment earn autonomy here, fast.

Before you send
